Welcome to the July session for Winnipeg Creative Writing!

A writing prompt for those who are interested: Write about a mistake - small or big - that changed the trajectory of a person's life, or history at large.

Agenda:

1. Share what you came up with based on the prompt.

2. Discussion: What are some other stories/ideas you've heard or came up with about "Epic Fails and Silver Linings"? How do characters cope with positive reversals? Do you lean towards happy endings or not, and what does closure look like if in an unhappy ending?
