A Diversity Dashboard in Power BI

Join Jen and Justin from The City of Winnipeg to learn about the journey of building, using, and improving the City's Diversity Dashboard.

Dashboard development started in the fall of 2021, has gone through several iterations, and is still growing.

The presentation will cover everything from the technical details of dashboard building, to the complexities of metric definitions, to the ever-challenging stakeholder engagement.

Jennifer Bodnarchuk holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from The University of Manitoba and an M.Sc. in Data Science from Northwestern University. Outside of her work at the City, she's teaches two project courses in the U of W PACE program and she's studying for her CDMP exam.
