The Learning Disabilities Association of Manitoba (LDAM) is pleased to offer an Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Support Group in Winnipeg for adults living with ADHD.
We meet every Monday evening online.

Feelings of failure, being misunderstood and isolation are very common for individuals with all spectrum disorders. If you are an adult living with a learning disability or other neurodivergence, you will find acceptance within this group.
The Winnipeg ADHD Support Group is for adults of all ages! Supporters, friends and allies are also welcome! We would like to build a community that can get together to share our experiences, ideas, projects, and network in a non-traditional way that works with our unique wiring!
