Joe Swenson has degrees in both Electronics and Computer Science. From 1972 - 1982 he was trained in what became
"The Gateway Experience" as a remote viewer. He was deployed in 1983 to remote view the Montauk Project. He remote viewed the Montauk chair technology again in 2003.
