Bike Hash to Africa Party Experience

There will.be a BIG African festival in Winterthur, with lots of street music, food and special events, its going to be interesting and fun.

But getting there is half the fun - this time we do it on bikes, for a change. We meet at Bahnhof Oerlikon (Nord, Max-Frisch Platz) at 2pm, then ride two & 1/2 hours to Winterthur Vögelipark/Lindengutpark for down-down refreshments, then On On to the festival!

At Bassersdorf, we follow Swiss National Route 5 to Winterthur.

There will be "pause stops" along the way to resync - exact spots provided at the start, the map gives an idea with red circles. Winterthur Bahnhof has bike-carrying trains back to Zurich if you drink beers at the fest.

E-Bikes welcome, if you're electric or eclectic.
Consider renting an e-Bike earlier at Bahnhof Winterthur Rent-a-Bike, take the train to Oerlikon, and ride with us to the festival -- then dropping off your rental when you arrive.
