What we’re about

This is a space for people who are emotionally tired but mentally overstimulated.

The ones who feel too much, think too much, and just want a place to land that isn’t trying to “fix” them.

In each session, we’ll:

Talk honestly about what it’s like to be a sensitive, anxious, or overwhelmed human
Learn something useful about how our minds and bodies react under pressure
Try a short, guided self-hypnosis session (led by me—a trained hypnotherapist) to help you calm your internal chaos, without needing to “quiet your mind”

You can show up messy, confused, chatty, silent, camera-on or camera-off.

This is not therapy. This is not mindfulness.

This is human space—for when you’re tired but wired.
