About us

Please note: This isn't therapy, it's access to safe connection and emotional regulation skills — the essential ingredients that heal.

Who this is for: People who feel like long-term stress is affecting their health, their relationships, their motivation, or their quality of life, and who don't know how to change it.

There is a particular kind of tired that is not nourished by sleep, a particular kind of wired that cannot be blamed on excessive coffee or energy drinks. Your body knows the difference.

I'm Jessica, a somatic psychotherapist and complex trauma practitioner.

Modern life keeps most of us switched on, wired, bracing, running on stress hormones long after the acute stress has passed. It affects how we sleep, how we relate to people, how motivated we feel, and how much we engage in life.

This 30-minute workshop gives you a felt experience of what safe connection and emotional regulation feels like, not just hearing about it. We will explore the theory, and do a guided nervous system regulation practice together. Live, cameras on, microphones off.

This mini workshop is an introduction to The Regulation Room, where we continue nervous system regulation and explore themes like safe connection and the nervous system, values, boundaries, and agency — building real skills over time, together.

You are not alone, and you are not broken. You do not need fixing. With the right environment, your system can find calm again.

Come as you are.

Disclaimer: By joining this session, you acknowledge this is an educational/experiential group practice, not a substitute for individual therapy or medical care, and you participate at your own comfort level throughout.
