About us
Wired Well Support is a virtual space for neurodivergent adults to connect, share experiences, and explore common themes related to ADHD and autism in a supportive environment.
This group focuses on conversation, reflection, and shared understanding around neurodivergent life, including identity, executive functioning, late diagnosis, masking, self-understanding, and everyday lived experience.
Wired Well is a neurodivergent-affirming coaching practice supporting ADHD and autistic adults through both virtual coaching and in-person support.
This group is part of that wider work, offering a space for connection and shared reflection alongside individual support options.
Topics may include neurodivergent identity, relationships, work and routines, energy and attention patterns, burnout cycles, and navigating life in a way that feels more aligned.
