Apple Pickin' Ride

Join us for a fun ride to an apple orchard!

The total distance for the ride is about 40 miles. The route is on paved roads, with a few challenging hills along the way. At Alpine Ridge Orchard, there will be an opportunity to buy apples, apple donuts, caramel apples, and apple cider. If you wish, you may tour the apple orchard and even pick your own apples! There is even a corn maze!

At the end of the ride, we can enjoy lunch and ice cream at Kennedy's Ice Cream & Grill by the parking lot in New Glarus.

Please use the link above to print your own cue sheet and map. If you have a GPS, it is highly recommended to download the route to your GPS. Note: There will not be any maps or cue sheets handed out at the ride.

Since we'll be stopping for food and drinks, remember to bring money and a lock and cable for your bike.

Plan to arrive by 8:30 AM. We will push-off promptly at 8:45 AM.

Our meeting location is at the parking lot of the New Glarus Chamber of Commerce, by the trailhead for the Sugar River State Trail.
