The Leading Ladies Circle is a welcoming space for women in midlife who crave more meaningful connections where you can simply be yourself.
Whether you're navigating a new season, exploring personal growth, or simply looking for authentic conversations and community, you're in the right place. We're readers, creatives, professionals, and entrepreneurs. We're deep feelers, nature lovers, and lifelong learners. We're women in transition and women ready for what's next. Some of us are healing. Some are reinventing. But, we're all showing up for ourselves at this time in our lives—and for each other.
🌿What to Expect:
Cultural outings like community theater and art events, coffee chats and brunches, sip & stroll social nights, and book clubs with a focus on personal growth. We gather for mindful outdoor adventures, creative writing and journaling circles, and networking events where you can share your professional dreams or side projects in a supportive atmosphere.
You'll also find workshops on everything from wellness to skill-sharing, game nights for easy connection, and seasonal gatherings that bring us together around shared interests. Some events might include gentle movement like walks or beginner-friendly activities, while others focus on meaningful conversations and personal exploration.
As we grow, I'm looking for women who'd love to help shape our community - reach out if you have ideas for outings or want to get more involved!

We're based in Waukesha County with occasional adventures beyond as our circle expands.

When you RSVP yes, we're counting on you (just like plans with close friends). Life happens, we get it, but please update your RSVP if plans change
This is a safe, respectful space where everyone belongs - we treat each other and venue staff with kindness
🤝Building Community Together:
We're creating something genuine here, which means showing up for each other matters. Consistent no-shows make it hard to plan meaningful gatherings, and if we've made expenses on your behalf, we'll need you to cover those costs.
Starting in 2026: There will be modest annual dues to help cover group expenses and planning costs. Through December 2025, membership is free as we build our community together.
This group is a low-pressure, alcohol-optional environment where single and partnered women alike can grow, connect, and lead their lives with lightness, depth, and good company.
