*Welcome to Narcissistic and Medical Trauma Recovery group. This group is a safe space to share any and all health-related traumas. Whether you have a preexisting medical condition or suffer from physical symptoms of CPTSD- your pain is real and will be heard.
Gaslighting and manipulation can be detrimental when involving your health and can make you feel alone and isolated. Here, we encourage to share your health journey with validation to heal**. ***

Tips on how to feel more comfortable during a share:

  • Take deep breathes and take your time
  • Sit or lay in a relaxing position that feels most comfortable to you. (I personally choose to recline in bed while hosting to best support my neck)
  • Remember that there is no right or wrong way to show up to this meeting- your authentic self is enough!
  • Lighting your favorite candle, snuggling with a cozy blanket, or holding your fur baby- these are all gentle ways to create a space that feels safe and familiar while you're being vulnerable.

Rules and Guidelines:

  • Please note- I am not a licensed therapist, Psychiatrist, lawyer or Medical Doctor and cannot give any legal or medical advice
  • Please do NOT give unsolicited advice to other members unless directly asked.
  • Do not private message members during meetings- to ensure everyone’s safety and privacy, please ask an organizer to contact a fellow member
  • Please click the "raised hand" button on zoom when you have a share.
  • Due to this meeting being only 1.5 hours- please keep shares around 5-10 minutes long to ensure everyone gets a chance to speak
  • Hateful or ignorant statements will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave
  • Cameras must be on during meeting. If for any reason you need your camera off, please let me know before or during the meeting
* To keep this a safe and supportive space for everyone, we ask that you avoid sharing detailed descriptions of suicidal thoughts or actions. You’re always welcome to express when you’re struggling, and we’ll always meet that with compassion and validation but please keep it general.

If you’re ever in crisis, you’re not alone. We encourage you to reach out to a mental health professional or crisis line for more in-depth support. 💛
