We’ll start with introductions from each speaker, giving them a chance to share their background and expertise. From there, the conversation will be driven by your questions, allowing us to dive into the topics that matter most to the group. Expect an engaging, interactive session that typically runs about an hour.

**Jordan** Smith is the VP of Commercial Lending – Green Bay. With over 10 years of Commercial Lending experience, he has a strong background in C&I business underwriting and CRE loan origination. His expertise lies in large CRE construction and re-development projects across the country, with deal sizes ranging from $1MM to $50MM+. He is an active member of NAIOP, AANW, and WiscoREIA, and is also involved in the community through Junior Achievement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from UW-La Crosse. In his free time, he enjoys hunting with his dog, Bocephus, as well as camping and curling.

**Daiton** Hawks - Loan Consultant. With a strong foundation in commercial lending and a seamless transition into real estate financing, I bring a strategic, investor-focused mindset to every loan I structure. As a Loan Consultant, I specialize in working with a wide range of buyers and investors across the United States — from first-time investors to seasoned real estate professionals.

I have hands-on experience with a variety of loan products, including Transactional Funding, BRRRR, and DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans, making me a valuable partner for those looking to build, scale, or optimize their real estate portfolios.

My approach is centered around transparency, tailored solutions, and clear communication — whether you're closing your first property or your fiftieth. I understand the pace and pressure of real estate transactions, and I’m here to make the lending side efficient, reliable, and stress-free.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, vacations, and jumping into any type of game whenever I get the chance. I believe in working hard, staying active, and being present — both in my personal life and in how I serve my clients.

**Aaron’s** passion for helping people is what led him to the world of mortgage lending back in 2017. What more satisfaction can you get than helping someone buy or refinance likely the most expensive asset they will ever own!  Aaron takes the time to educate his clients on the buying or refinancing process making sure they feel comfortable and understand how the process works.  Aaron focuses on primary, secondary, and investment home financing in a personal name but has also become an asset to investors who want to finance their investment
properties in their LLC name as well.

Prior to mortgage lending Aaron spent 20 years in transportation where he held leadership roles in process improvement, technology implementation, and customer service.  Aaron was born and raised in Valders, WI, graduated college from St. Norbert College in De Pere and lives in De Pere keeping Northeast Wisconsin and the Lakeshore near and dear to his heart.  Aaron is happily married with two kids and enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and watching sports.

Originally from Two Rivers, **Mike** and his wife Kathryn (from Brillion) have been married for over 30 years. They have three grown children all living in the upper Midwest. After 25 + years in the kitchen and bath industry working in sales and sales management for a couple of large companies, Mike retired to Door County with Kathryn in June of 2018.

Mike and Kathryn’s interest in real estate began in 1986 with their first duplex, an upper/lower in Wauwatosa, purchased on a land contract. Over the years they moved all over the Midwest chasing the corporate dream but always looking, buying, and updating properties, focused on kitchen and bath remodels. They purchased flips, buy and holds, tried their hand at land development, historic renovations and buying bank owned properties. Today they are focused on vacation rentals and private money lending.
