**Heather Johnson**, Director of Strategic Initiatives
Heather joined Guaranty Closing and Title Services in 2024, bringing 12 years of experience in the financial services industry with a background in Operations and Product Development. As the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Heather leverages expertise in data analysis and technological advancements to shape the future of title services at Guaranty. Passionate about delivering exceptional results, Heather works behind the scenes to ensure every customer’s transaction is seamless and successful.

**Katie Schmitz**, President and COO
Katie joined Guaranty Closing and Title Services in September 2002 and has held a variety of roles within the organization, including construction disbursing, order entry, and closings. In 2012, she was named Director of Sales and Marketing, promoted to Executive Director in January 2015, and appointed President in 2018. She currently serves as President and COO of the company since 2021. Katie holds both the Wisconsin Land Title Professional (WLTP) designation and the prestigious National Land Title Professional (NTP) designation. The NTP designation recognizes land title professionals who exemplify knowledge, experience, and dedication to the secure and efficient transfer of real estate property. Notably, Katie is one of only two NTP designees in the state of Wisconsin.
