In this simple six-week course, you will learn different ways to begin a practice that will help you lessen stress, ease pain, and feel calmer, happy, and more in control of your life.
We will meet weekly for six weeks for one hour, where we will dive into a lesson, practicing what we learn and a takeaway to work with until the next class. Of course, there will be time to share and ask questions! Classes begin Friday, Aug. 23rd - Sept. 27th with bonus class dates and time to be announced later.
