Embodiment work is about developing the mind-body connection. This is a science-based approach to managing emotions and mood. None of the motions are vigorous and can be done standing or seated. See the image above for some ideas.
Mags Sheridan (she/her) is an embodiment coach and mojo mentor. Since 2004 Mags has worked with people to re-connect mind and body and to accomplish things they didn’t know they could do.
