Let's do Fika!

Fika (pronounced "fee-kah") is a cherished Swedish tradition and cultural phenomenon that means taking a break to enjoy coffee or tea, often with a sweet pastry like a cinnamon bun, and socializing with friends, family, or colleagues. More than just a coffee break, fika is about slowing down, connecting, and recharging, acting as a vital social ritual in Swedish daily life, common at home, work, or in cafes, and is considered both a noun and a verb.
