Hello, beautiful humans!
I hold these events every 2 weeks at the healing collective where I do my 1:1 work.

This event is held in a beautiful space in La Mesa and this gathering happens to be falling on the full moon!

What is included in this event:
\- Automatic writing practice $to connect to the wisdom within your body/subconscious$
\- Somatic journey $to connect with the sensations\, images\, emotions\, and languages of your body; to connect with the earth and immerse in a guided journey that will help you regulate your nervous system \+ connect to a wider web of support$
\- Group reiki $once I guide us into the somatic journey\, we land in a deep inner space which is where we receive the group reiki\.$

These events are so special and so many of my clients rave about them and how nourishing they are, especially nestled in the middle of the work week.
