**May 9th walk will be a combo (flat/hilly) to give an option for personal preference. We will have both, tho' you won't need to do both, i.e. if you want to skip the stairs or do lots of stairs.

1. What should I bring?
- Comfortable walking shoes.
- Water bottle.
- Weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended).

- Walks will be canceled in the event of rain.

4. Is there a cost?

- Yes, as long as they meet the group criteria.
6. How will I know which location we’re meeting at?
- The schedule alternates weekly between the Tiburon Old Rail Trail and Belvedere Island lanes. Please check the calendar for specifics.
7. What if I can’t make it one week?
- No problem! Join us whenever you can.
8. How challenging are the walks?
- Flat walks are moderate; hilly walks are more challenging. Both require the ability to walk 3 miles.
9. Do I have to complete the reading or listening assignment to join?
- No, it’s not mandatory! You’re welcome to join the walk and participate in discussions at whatever level feels right for you.
