“What lifestyle do you love 80% of the time?” This question from author James Clear led me to refresh how I want my life to look and feel. Spring is the perfect time to renew our hearts and spirits!

“HOW DO I WANT MY LIFE TO LOOK AND FEEL?”

Let’s spend 90 minutes exploring and 15 minutes capturing on paper our thoughts, feelings, and plans on Sunday, March 29 from 3-4:45pm. Take the time to explore with other like-minded women.

Asking yourself questions such as the one Clear suggests, along with the one I have been asking myself for decades ~ “How do I want my life to look and feel?” ~ will help you create the life you really want and will motivate you to take action in the direction of your dreams.

MAKING IT HAPPEN FOR YOU.

We will start with a bit of cultural and familial influences on the topic, spend a bit of doodling & discovery time with open sharing among our wonderful participants, and then we will use our new insights and Wishful Thinking ~ visioning, to fine tune our short and long term futures!

If you have the time, get a head start by taking 15 minutes before we meet in a comfortable, cozy spot to begin thinking about how you want to feel on a daily basis (happy, relaxed, enthusiastic, greateful, loving, peaceful, adventurous, kind, caring, helpful, inspired). How do you want to feel in your home (safe, protected, relaxed, cozy, inspired). What do you want to see from the windows of your home (trees, birds, water, buildings, manicured lawns, mountains, people strolling or busily walking by). How do you want your body to look and feel?

We will integrate flow and our top ten positive emotions into various aspects of your life, and learn to how express deep gratitude for what is happening in our lives now and for how we want our lives to be. We will learn to identify what we want to embrace and what we want to let go.

Sundays are great days to contemplate, explore and plan how you want your life to look and feel and to design your 80/20 lifestyle mix fine tune your mix this spring. (Or any % of lifestyle mix you desire!)

Bring a notebook, drawing paper/printer paper, colored pencils, crayons, markers and 3 x 5 cards to get the most out of the this fun, interactive and inspiring workshop. Adding something to sip, will make the time even more enjoyable.
