Women in Technology San Diego

Our goal is to create a space where women in tech can connect, share their experiences, and support the next generation. We do this through fun networking events, hands-on workshops, and career growth sessions!

Code of Conduct

1. Membership is selective and not open to the general public.
2. Let's keep things kind and respectful. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity.
3. This is a space for networking, learning, and collaboration. Please keep interactions professional. Romantic or personal dating requests aren’t allowed.
4. Privacy matters! What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Please don’t share anyone’s personal info without their consent.
5. If you ever see or experience something that doesn’t align with these guidelines, let the organizer know. We take all concerns seriously and will handle them promptly and privately.
6. We love seeing members get involved! Support each other, contribute, and join our events whenever you can.
7. WIT San Diego encourages open discussion of personal experiences in tech. However, generalizing, stereotyping, or speaking negatively about any group—including men—is not appropriate. Conversations should remain respectful, professional, and focused on constructive, solution-oriented dialogue.
8. If these guidelines aren’t followed, we may have to remove members from the group. Let’s keep this a great community for everyone!
