Do you ever feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body? Join us for a gentle and witchy evening designed to bring calm, connection, and a little bit of magic. Together we’ll explore simple grounding practices, nervous system regulation tools, and light spellwork to help soothe anxiety and cultivate balance.

This is a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—no experience needed, and you don’t even have to identify as a witch. We’ll lean into rituals of comfort, community, and healing, while learning practices you can bring into your daily life.

Expect a cozy circle filled with mindfulness, magical self-care, and open-hearted conversation. 🌿💫
