Making It Work: COVID-19 and the Remote Workplace

Aparna Dinesh Shylaja, Heather Davis and Morolayo Lambo will walk us through their investigative approach and findings, specifically addressing how prepared companies were to make the shift to remote work, additional steps taken for technology enablement, and the perceived effect on productivity. Stumbling blocks and lessons learned will be shared and discussed in an interactive format.
