In a world where hiring and networking increasingly happens through screens, applications, and algorithms, we believe something important can get lost — the chance to simply meet people and have real conversations.
The Work Between Us is designed to create that space.
This evening will feature lightly facilitated conversations bringing together local employers, technologists, job seekers, and members of the Omaha tech community in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Instead of resumes or formal interviews, the focus is on authentic conversations about the work companies are doing, the interests people have, and the connections that can emerge when people simply talk to one another.
