Suwannee River Kayak Camping


Details
This is a two day 23.5 mile paddle and primitive camping trip on the scenic upper Suwannee River from the Fargo boat ramp to Turner Bridge (30.524333, -82.728167). We will be shuttling ourselves so be prepared to help. Most vehicles will be left at the takeout and a couple of vehicles will be left in Fargo. The shuttle will leave Fargo at 9:00 a.m., come early enough to be ready to leave on time. The shuttle is 47 miles, round trip.
Bring everything you need for camping in your kayak, once we launch there will not be anywhere to stop for supplies. Everyone must wear a PFD. We will paddle approximately 14 miles the first day, then set up camp.
