Suwannee River Chainsaw Cleanup, Part 2

Details
The deadfalls are still underwater, with more rain coming, so we’re rescheduling again, this time to Saturday, June 10th, in hopes that summer evapotranspiration will keep the Suwannee River lower. You do not have to use a saw to join in as we clear three or four more large deadfalls on the last five Suwannee River miles down to Fargo, come on out and enjoy a summer day in unspoiled wilderness. If you have a chainsaw, sawzall, or handsaw and know how to use it, bring it too. Everyone must wear a PFD.
Meet at the boat ramp in Fargo at 10 a.m. and we'll do a reverse shuttle to the put in. Please be on time, phone service is not reliable in this remote area and we're shuttling to an unmarked landing. Thanks to Adam Schock of the Conservation Fund for permission to use Three Steps Landing.
Paddle: 5 beautiful miles, 4 hours.
Shuttle: 6.2 miles, 45 minutes
