Black Moon Morning Paddle

Details

Seasonal Black Moons happen about once every 33 months and the next one is this Saturday. Come out and join us for a morning paddle around the perimeter of Banks Lake, approximately 4 miles. After we launch there isn't anywhere to get out of your boat for a break until we get back to the boat ramp.
Banks Lake Outdoors has kayaks and canoes for rent.
When: Gather 8:30 AM, launch 8:45 PM, end 10:45 AM
Free: This outing is free to WWALS members, and $10 for non-members. Please prepay the $10 online: https://wwals.net/outings , or bring cash.
Safety: Be on time to sign in. If you miss the safety briefing, you cannot paddle with us. Each person in a boat, no matter how young or old, must wear a PFD.
Leave No Trace by packing out all trash, avoiding damage to vegetation, and respecting wildlife.
You can help with clean, swimmable, fishable, drinkable, water in the 10,000-square-mile Suwannee River Basin in Florida and Georgia by becoming a WWALS member today!
