One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is forgiveness.

This doesn't mean that we forget what happened, but rather release the grip that it has on us so that we can move into a more expansive future. Within this healing work, we place more value on feeling good, rather than feeling right.

This session will be about you and your own freedom, as that's what forgiveness truly points to. Freedom from hoping for a different past and redirecting the energy towards an expansive future.

I invite you to come as you are and trust that the meditation and journaling practices will take you to where you need. πŸ’œ

Please have your journals + a pen ready to go. If possible, find a private and quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
