One of the biggest problems in today's world is the overwhelming amount of stimulus and information. Because of this, we end up anxious, mentally cluttered, and feel as if stillness is miles away.
Yet this background of stillness is available to everyone, it just takes a few simple practices to help us rest in it.
By noticing the space between our thoughts and using the sacred art of writing, we can tune ourselves to the present moment to feel clear, calm, and connected.
In this session, we will contemplate, meditate, and journal for self-discovery and inner reflection.
Please have your journals + a pen ready to go. If possible, find a private and quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
