Grounded in the body (Dynamic Meditation + Journaling)

When we live too much in our thoughts and not enough in our bodies, we experience anxiety, racing thoughts and an inability to fully enjoy the present moment.
When we connect with our body, our perspective of the world changes. We feel more grounded, centered in our bodies and open to life's wonders.
In this session, we will begin with a short discussion on being grounded, then do some practical exercises from body psychotherapy, journal our reflections and leave time for Q&A (so bring your questions!).
Overall, the goal is to bring more mindfulness and presence into our lives, one conscious step at a time. Over time, this grounded, body-connected state can become our new normal - a place of peace, clarity and joy.
Please have your journals + a pen ready to go. If possible, find a private and quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
