Witney Speakers Toastmasters Club Meeting

Witney Speakers Club are very happy to be meeting in the fabulous Corn Exchange, in the Market Square, Witney, OX28 6AB.

For this meeting, we will be hosting a Speech and Evaluation contest for our Area, with contestants from our sister clubs in Oxfordshire.

We love having guests come and join us, to find out how as a member you could reap all the benefits of Toastmasters membership- for example, impromptu speaking, presenting, evaluations, and many more.

We meet twice a month, on the first and third Wednesday evenings, at 7.00 pm to meet, greet and chat. We'll start the meeting itself at 7.15 pm, and you can sit back, and see and hear how the meeting structure unfolds, and how the Toastmasters education program can be tailored to your own objectives and needs.
This time, there won't be all the usual elements of a Toastmasters meeting, but there will be prepared speeches and evaluations.
The usual section where we work on impromptu skills- (perfect for job interviews, elevator pitches or just social situations- and for video conferencing) will be back for the next meeting, though!
There will still be a break, with some refreshments and networking.
Bring your open ears and a willingness to learn, in a safe and encouraging environment. There is no obligation to speak if you'd rather not, once you have introduced yourself!
