The Seattle Center offers free yoga on Wednesdays from 11:30-12:30 in the summer months. You will need to bring your own mat.
After the yoga class we could head over to the Armory for lunch. http://www.seattlecenter.com/food/

Gentle Yoga is a class for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Gently stretch your body, and breathe your stress away while having fun. This class will focus on fluid movements to increase range of motion and increase joint and muscle flexibility. The practice of yoga has been around for thousands of years, and was originally developed to keep the body strong and healthy and to allow practitioners to sit for long periods of time.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
