Purpose of the Event:

Hear all about the Wix Grow internship and discover if this program is the right fit for you. We'll discuss the evolution of the xEngineer, how Wix is leveraging AI to change the way we build, and what to expect during your journey with us. You will also get a firsthand look at the Wix Vilnius culture through the real stories of former interns who have transitioned into full-time roles. This year, we are looking for aspiring Software Engineers.

What is Wix Grow?

Wix Grow is a paid internship (starting November 3rd, 2026) designed to bridge the gap between learning and professional excellence. You won't just be shadowing - you'll be a fully integrated team member working on products for over 300 million users worldwide.

During the program, you will:

• Learn by doing: Work on real projects alongside experienced mentors who are invested in your growth.
• Build your foundation: Get hands-on experience solving the types of puzzles our engineering teams face every day.
• Master new skills: Beyond coding, you'll benefit from dedicated training sessions focused on your professional and personal development.
• Join the community: Immerse yourself in the Wix Vilnius culture - a fun, open-minded environment where team spirit and creative energy come first.
