In this talk, we’ll discuss which skills are essential for us at Wix, which we value the most, and which we think good engineers can pick up quickly. I will show how to interpret job ads and explain what is our standard hiring procedure at Wix. Hopefully, this will help people to better prepare for interviews such as those done at Wix backend engineering.
