*UPDATE* Saturday Grounded Reconnection Hike @ Violet Crown Trail

Most people are currently dreading the "Monday" that’s lurking around the corner. At WKNDR Collective, we’re doing things differently. We’re building a life where every day feels like a choice between Saturday and Sunday. We call it the 6-Saturday Dream, and it starts by getting grounded in the wild.

Join us at the newly renovated Violet Crown Trail for a morning of movement, intentional connection, and "The Circle"—our signature mastermind session where we stop talking about the weather and start talking about our callings.

This isn't just a hike. It’s a pattern interrupt.

📍 The Details
• When: Saturday, Jan 10th @ 11:00 AM
• Where: Violet Crown Trailhead (Zilker Park Entrance)
• Meeting Spot: William Barton Dr, Austin, TX 78746 ( Look for the group in WKNDR gear near the trailhead map. Trailhead is just past barton springs pool and the zilker hillside theater)

• Distance: 3.8 miles (Out & Back)
• Intensity: Moderate/Grounded
• Parking: Free street parking along William Barton Dr or the gravel lots near Stratford Dr.

🧗 The Flow
1. 10:45AM – The Gather: Check-in and quick intro. If you have your WKNDR shirt, wear it. If not, come ready to find out why we’re obsessed with the message in the hem.
2. 11:15 AM – The Hike: A steady, mindful trek through the renovated Zilker section of the VCT.
3. 12:15 PM – The Grounding & Circle: We’ll find a lookout point to stop for a 10-minute breathwork session to reconnect with our higher selves. Then, we open The Circle: A high-level mastermind discussion on what’s keeping you from your "6 Saturdays."
4. 1PM – The Return: Final stretch back to the trailhead.

🎒 What to Bring
• Water: At least 1L.
• Shoes: Trail runners or sturdy sneakers.
• The Mindset: Leave the "work talk" at the trailhead. Bring your dreams, your bottlenecks, and your talent.
• Well-behaved dogs: Welcome on a leash. 🐕

Due to the sudden drop in temperature, we are shifting today’s Grounded Reconnection immersion. While our philosophy is built on outdoor anchors, today's conditions have moved the "Search" from the trail to the hearth

We are moving the session from Violet crown trail to our indoor sanctuary at Casa de Luz, 1701 Toomey Rd, Austin, TX 78704. Look for the third eye lounge. We’ll be sipping on some warm cacao and talking about dreams in the warm indoors instead. See you there!
