Overcoming adversity by lifting up!

The localization industry, like many others, have been impacted by the economic downturn. Many of our colleagues in the industry have faced either loss of employment/business or uncertainty. In this event, we want to focus on “lifting up.”

• To lift oneself up, we need motivation.
• To recognize how others have lifted us up, we experience gratitude.
• To lift others up, we demonstrate generosity.

Our guest speaker is Lorena Ortiz Schneider, owner of Ortiz Schneider Interpreting & Translation, Inc. She earned her MA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and have been a passionate professional interpreter and translator since. Lorena's journey is nothing but inspiring so you don't want to miss out on this event.
