Great opportunity to get fit for summer, especially for our summer beach walks.

No boot camp just walking for one hour, but up and down the Kokoda Track in Kings Park.

Up and down as many times as you want in the hour. Everyone is going at their own pace so you don't have to worry about your fitness level, everyone is welcome.

Keep this up for a month or two and your fitness will be significantly improved.

Meet at the top of the Kokoda Track Kings Park for a 17:00 start, although I will stay until 18:30 so if you can't arrive until 17:30 that's fine.

Early birds are welcome to start when ever it suits them.
