If you are after a 'step challenge' and are an experienced walker, you may be interested in this event. Weather permitting.
Paruna Wildlife Sanctuary is located about an hour out of Perth in the stunning Avon Valley and it offers spectacular walking trails.

FEE
There is a $11 fee per person to access the Sanctuary (Not WMA fee) and I have now organised entry for everyone (not refundable).
ITINERARY
7.30am - Meet at Ampol Stratton from where we can carpool (up to you)
7.40am - Convoy to Paruna Wildlife Sanctuary, about half an hour drive (the last 1.5km is on dirt road, drivable in a regular car)
8.15am - We are off π£
Morning tea along the way.
12pm - Back to the front gate of Paruna
12.30pm - Back to the cars at Ampol Stratton
WHAT TO BRING
Food (snacks/lunch/fruits; whatever keeps you going)
Water (2 litres min. recommended)
Hat and sunscreen; rain jacket in case it rains
Appropriate hiking gear and anything else you need.
Fun, laughter and an adventurous spirit π
TOILETS
Available at Ampol Stratton and entrance of Paruna Sanctuary (hey, toilet with a view, no kidding)
MOBILE COVERAGE
None at Paruna front gate; however available as we hike up in the Sanctuary.
AFTER WALK
A suggestion is Chapel Farm Estate just across the road from Ampol Stratton (meeting point). However there is a hidden gem, The Coffee Hut, about 6kms away: great service, yummy food.
Please understand I may not join you given some other commitments I have for the remainder of the weekend.
