Hike Big Glassy & Lunch at The Flat Rock Bakery

This is a 5.0-mile loop trail near Flat Rock, North Carolina. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 17 min to complete. 820 ft elevation gain. The trail is mostly an incline, and great spots along the way to stop and sit or enjoy some of the creeks/streams. It’s all worth it, the views at the top are great. This is a very popular area for hiking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. After the hike for those who are hungry, and interested, we’ll get lunch at The famously known Flat Rock Bakery, 5 minutes away.
