Or would you like to try some fun mini meditations?
As many of you know, I volunteer and facilitate a guided Conversation Series for the Health & Wellness sector of The Mindfulness Alliance on the second Tuesday of each month on Zoom from 6 to 7:30 pm EST.
Past topics included mindfulness and the role it plays in grief management, sadness, creativity, and the embodiment of gratitude.
On March 14th we’ll focus and on informal meditation practices for stress management using easy, fun, and creative exercises.
