Western NY Ski Meetup Group Refocus

Dear Ski Group members,
As a Ski Meetup group this just isn't working!
The intention of this group was to bring people that enjoy the sport together. I've posted meet and greets, I've posted ski meetups. I've even posted requests for input. Where, when do people want to ski? The response was cricket's. There obviously is a lot of people that thought it would be a good idea to join a ski meetup, 99 people in fact so far! Only one problem, We only have about 1% of this group participating.
So as I can host this group for free as I'm already paying for admin fee's on my other group (Dating Sites Suck) I will leave it up. However I will no longer be posting Ski Meetups unless one of you members request a particular meetup.
Instead I will change the focus of this meetup to merely a central place where Skiers can post when and where they will be skiing, and fellow skiers can chime in to join them or coordinate otherwise.
