About us
Welcome to the official Meetup page for the Woburn Lions Club! We are part of Lions Clubs International—the largest service club organization in the world. Our mission is simple yet powerful: "We Serve."
Whether you are a longtime Woburn resident or new to the area, our meetup is a fantastic way to connect with compassionate neighbors, build meaningful friendships, and make a tangible, positive impact right here in our community.
What We Do
As Woburn Lions, we roll up our sleeves to address local and global needs. Our core areas of service include:
Vision & Hearing Support: Providing vision screenings, eyeglasses, and assistance for the visually and hearing impaired.
Community Betterment: Organizing local food drives, supporting youth programs, and participating in community clean-up initiatives.
Disaster Relief & Humanitarian Aid: Partnering with regional and global efforts to aid those affected by crises.
What to Expect at Our Meetups
Our meetups range from casual social gatherings and informational sessions to hands-on community service projects.
Friendly & Welcoming Atmosphere: No pressure, just good people who care about making a difference.
Networking & Collaboration: Share ideas on how we can better support Woburn families and individuals in need.
Flexible Involvement: Give as much or as little time as your schedule allows—every bit of help counts!
