Wokingham Walkshops is a refreshing way of bringing coaching workshops to local business owners.

Run by local outdoor leadership coach, Heather Wright, in one of the beautiful local parks, you’ll get some fresh air, steps and self development in, while meeting other local business owners. It's a chance to pause, breathe and reflect on you and your business, away from your day-to-day busy life.

The topic for this month’s Walkshop is: "Connecting to your Core Values".
Your core values sum up what truly matters to you. When things are aligned to your values, you can feel grounded, motivated and fulfilled. As a business owner, identifying and understanding your core values helps you make decisions, tackle challenges and feel more energised to drive your business forward.

The workshop will help you to:
- Identify and understand your core values
- Explore what you need to feel more aligned to your values in your work
- Create an action plan to get things moving

We will start the workshop outdoors, walking around the lakes for 60-90 minutes. We will then head to the Dinton Coffee Deck café, overlooking the lake, to bring everything together and capture key takeaways. There will be time for individual reflection and group discussion.
