Talk 1: The Diamond Problem In Reactive Streams And How To Deal With It - Dag Ågren, Staff Engineer at Wolt

Complicated reactive graphs can easily get glitchy because of spurious duplicated updates. We often end up having to use debounces to try and filter out these glitches, but can we do better? All discussed in the context of Combine, but the principles apply equally to any other reactive framework, such as Rx or ReactiveSwift.”

Talk 2: A 1000 foot perspective of a career in Android - Kimbo Hang, Staff Engineer at Wolt

Ever wonder how a career in Android development would look? What sort of challenges do you face as a junior engineer fresh to the industry, in comparison to those of a senior engineer with tens of years of experience? What about the answers to these challenges? In this talk, I’ll share my own anecdotes - codes, bugs, resolutions - that hopefully can address (at least some parts) these questions.

Talk 3: State of Flutter in 2024: Trends and Use at Wolt - Cagatay Ulusoy, Software Engineer, Flutter Competence Lead at Wolt
