I know how hard it is to get back into the swing of things after a Holiday. Let me know if this relates to you: You spend a whole week, working your tail off, doing what you need to do, hitting your workouts and your calorie goals, and then the Holiday comes and you give yourself the freedom to be that kid again. That kid that doesn't worry about what he eats or drinks. AND THERE IS NOTNING WRONG WITH THAT! The hard part is getting back on track after this happens. Sometimes this Holiday becomes a Holiweek and you party like its the 4th of July for the next few days minus the fireworks! What helps me is a nice solid workout to help the train keep moving. The train knows that daily movement and conscious eating habits are the way! Bring water. Lets train.
