Join us for Detox/Retox Yoga with Eclipse Yoga—a light-hearted, all-levels class led by Roo that’s all about breathing deep, releasing tension, and moving in ways that feel good. Expect gentle flow, helpful modifications (beginner to advanced), and a little fascia release magic (balls + guidance provided) to help your body truly unwind.
