Women at the Table is a relaxed café gathering for women 40+ navigating the changes, questions and possibilities of this chapter of life + from perimenopause and menopause to career, relationships, identity, purpose and what comes next.

Come if you’re figuring things out.
Come if you’re reinventing yourself.
Come if you simply want to meet some new women.

Bring your story, your curiosity or absolutely nothing at all.

This is a space to share, listen, be witnessed, make connections and discover that you’re not the only one navigating this territory.

You’re also welcome to share what you do, promote your business, offer recommendations or make professional connections. This is your table and we want women to support women.
