Leanne Pienaar
Leanne is the Data Engineering Manager at Rightmove, leading the delivery of a self-serve data platform for the business. Leanne gained experience building data infrastructure in both AWS and GCP while working at a global engineering consultancy called Arup, before joining Rightmove. She is now focused on growing the data engineering team, building strong data foundations, and incrementally delivering value through data use cases.
Ngone Ndiaye
After completing her IT degree at university, Ngone began working as a Software Engineer. She has always had a passion for exploring new technologies and finding ways to automate tasks, which led her to delve into the world of DevOps culture. Ngone is particularly fascinated by Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
Currently, she holds the position of Platform Engineer at NatWest Boxed. In the last decade, she's dedicated her career to specialising in payment systems, banking, and fintech. It's been an exciting journey, and she's had the opportunity to contribute to various projects and gain valuable experience in these fields.
Martyna Lewinska
Martyna is the Co-Founder & CTO of a banking-as-a-service startup Fiat Republic that is on a mission to bridge banking and crypto. She is responsible for developing the tech strategy and driving the innovation behind the Fiat Republic product. Martyna is an engineer at heart, passionate about empowering women in tech.
Victor Moreno
Victor is the Head of Engineering at HER App, combining his tech expertise with a commitment to social justice. Aware of his privilege in the tech industry, he actively promotes policies for genuine equality. As a queer leader, Victor also contributes to the London Bi network, aiming to reduce discrimination. His vision extends beyond his role, as he uses his position to advocate for those underrepresented in tech.
