This in-person counseling series is designed for Christian women who want to address disordered eating patterns through a biblical perspective—not with shame, but with truth, grace, and support.
Together, we’ll focus on “replacing the lie with God’s truth,” identifying the thoughts that keep you stuck and learning how to shift toward freedom using Scripture and practical guidance.
