WomanSpeak Brisbane - Kenmore is where women learn the art & soul of public speaking.
WomanSpeak Circles consist of local, ongoing, bi-monthly public speaking gatherings. WomanSpeak Circles are designed to offer places for consistent practice.
Why?
Because consistency of practice is the key to becoming a powerful and effective public speaker.
The members of a WomanSpeak Circle can come, whenever they wish, to practice and deepen their own artistry of standing up and speaking their truth, telling stories, giving mini talks, etc.
Imagine a transformational Toastmasters for women that has a rockin’ fun & supportive community and a lot of emphasis on speaking authentically, effectively, and from the heart.
One of the best parts about WomanSpeak is that when you invest in a WomanSpeak program, a portion of your initiation fee funds a young girl to go through GirlSpeak – for free. Awesome.

WHAT MAKES WOMANSPEAK UNIQUE?

For too long, public speaking trainings have fostered a masculine model of what leadership and professionalism looks and feels like.
This can have a detrimental effect on the self-esteem of women and girls who desire to speak up and lead.
They look around at masculine leaders (male and female) and subconsciously think to themselves, “I can’t be a leader because I don’t look or feel like that.” Or, “I have to hide or suppress parts of myself in order to speak up and be taken seriously.” This sparks feelings of self doubt, a lack of valuing the wisdom within, and a resistance to speaking up.
It erodes a woman’s sense of inner freedom to lead and share her mind publicly.
It’s time for a public speaking training that supports women in harnessing the power of their feminine energy, and in being fully who they are, as they stand up to speak, lead and change our world.

WomanSpeak Circles are filled with true celebration, support and fun.
The women you share your circle with will always celebrate you and your voice.
We literally help women to re-wire their nervous systems so that speaking up becomes an experience of safety, power, joy and freedom.
At WomanSpeak, we are not looking for what’s “wrong” in your speaking and how to “fix” it. Instead, we look for what is already brilliant and then, using our proven, unique public speaking techniques, we explore how to make it even more amazing, effective, and powerful.
This is a departure from traditional public speaking training programs. And it works. Women feel SAFE to fully be themselves, to be seen and heard, and to speak their truth and share their ideas. Women and their voices blossom in this kind of environment and culture.
The best part about WomanSpeak is that women form wonderful, supportive friendships with other women in their circles.
They have each other’s backs as they are out in the world speaking up in their communities, their work, and on public stages.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO JOIN A WOMANSPEAK CIRCLE?
======================================================
There is a one-time initiation fee and your monthly membership fee. Your one-time initiation fee covers your set up costs, your Membership Curriculum manual, and your donation to support a young girl attending GirlSpeak! (you can choose to sponsor 1 or 2 or 3 Girls). Your monthly membership fee is charged every 30 days. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged the next month’s fee.
Whilst our monthly membership covers you for attending two circles a month (first and third Thursday nights from 7-9pm), we do encourage ALL newbies to WomanSpeak to attend an Introductory Event before you sign up for a full membership - just to make sure this a perfect match for you.
The Introductory Session - which I recommend to EVERYONE who comes through MEETUP - is from 6-7pm, on the THIRD Thursday night of the MONTH.......and to register - click on the link below.....
