Welcome to the first gathering of The Remembering — an intimate women's circle meeting bi-monthly in Vienna.

There are seasons in a woman's life when something deep shifts. Old patterns lose their grip. The stories we have been telling ourselves begin to crack open. And in that tender space — something more radiant wants to emerge. This first circle is for exactly that moment.

Agenda:

• 19:00 — Arrival, settle in, meet each other
  19:15 — Opening grounding practice: breathwork and meditation with music
  19:30 — Themed sharing circle: honest facilitated conversation around releasing old patterns and stepping into your authentic truth
  20:30 — Light teaching moment: one simple somatic tool to take home
  20:40 — Closing ritual and integration
  20:45 — Tea, conversation, and space to process
  21:00 — End

• A journal and pen if you like to write
• A blanket or shawl, if you want to feel cozy

I'm Petra - a coach, healer in training, and facilitator with a background in somatic work, breathwork, energy healing, and nervous system health. I show up not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who knows the terrain and will hold this space with care.
